2. Organize a well-thought-out summer schedule

  • A strategic calendar will ensure that you and your team are on the same page. They want to know where you're going so they can support you along the way.

3. Get in touch with stakeholders.

  • During the summer, reach out to all employees when schedules are more open, such as maintenance workers, custodians, secretaries, and cafeteria staff.
